When I first decided to create a marketplace, I thought rather than write something only I use, why not share my code and allow anyone to use it. If your using Prospress, customising it, theming it or translating it why not share your knowledge and work with the others?

Designers

For skilled designers, it’s easy to integrate Prospress with any existing theme, all it takes is a few new template tags. If you integrate Prospress with your own theme or one from the Themes Directory, share your work with others. Make a post in the Theme Compatibility forum or contact us directly and we’ll take care of the rest.

Word Smiths

If you’ve taken the time to learn how to use and customise Prospress, you can help educate the Prospress community. Contact us to get an author account for the upcoming Prospress Codex.

Polyglots

If you want to use Prospress in your language, it is ready to be localized. Follow the instructions for translating WordPress and use the pot file found in prospress/languages/ of the plugin directory.

Once translated, share your translation with others who speak your language. Contact us and we’ll include your translation with official Prospress releases.

Prospress Hackers

Last but certainly not least, if your dreams occasionally contain market creating curly braces, you can fork and contribute to the Prospress via GitHub.

Never used Git or GitHub? You’re in for a treat. The two combine into a great tool for contributing to open-source projects. GitHub has great documentation with getting started guides that will help you learn to love working with Git. They also have a handy forking guide to teach you how to collaborate on the Propress repository.
